Brandi is MIG’s tenant relations and operations specialist. Not only is she the main contact for current tenants, but Brandi is involved at all levels of tenant interaction from the very beginning. Brandi is the first MIG employee a prospective tenant will meet. She is there throughout a customer’s entire space search process beginning with the initial inquiry regarding available space, and throughout the lease development phase, the suite build out and construction phase, and eventually she becomes a liaison between the tenant and MIG in hopes of keeping the communication line open and maintaining relationships throughout the lease.

Brandi meets with each tenant on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction with every aspect of their tenancy. She addresses questions regarding remodeling, hosting special events, standard procedures, repairs, cleaning, routine maintenance, lease obligations, building/suite security, and so on.

In addition, Brandi is a licensed Real Estate Broker and provides tours of open space and markets available suites. She also coordinates built out plans with the general contractor, and works with the tenant on space planning and to ensure a timely move.

Brandi also assists MIG with its day-to-day operations. A Wisconsin native, she graduated from UW-Madison in 2004 with a BA in English and psychology. Brandi obtained her WI RE Broker’s License in 2009.
