We have out-grown our current space, and are looking to move to a larger, more visible location. Do you have over 10,000 SF of Class A space available?
Yes we do! Our most visible property is Arbor Gate, located at 2501/2601 West Beltline Highway in Madison. If you would like to research our available space, go to the "Space Available" page of our Web site. Otherwise, just give us a call at 509-1000, and we'll arrange a personal tour that fits your schedule.

I’m a tenant looking for 3-4,000 SF. Can MIG help me out?
Yes, that is what we do. We handle office leases from 500 to 50,000 SF. To find out more about these opportunities, click here.

I’m a restaurateur looking to open a restaurant in the Greater Madison Area. Does MIG work with restaurants?

I am starting my own retail shop. Do you have space for a smaller business like me?

I am a current tenant of yours. How do I submit a request for service?
Your company has been assigned a contact person who submits “Service Request Forms” (SRFs) directly to us. Contact them with your concern, and they will let us know. We’ll have your request taken care of in a timely manner and we thank you in advance for you attention to this matter. Our tenant contact may login to submit SRFs on the MIG homepage.

My company is looking at expanding. Do you have options for us to consider? Do you have land for us to consider building on?
