Scott Peterson has been in the commercial real estate maintenance industry since 1982. In January 2000, he became a part of the MIG maintenance team, and has since played an integral role in MIG’s property management. Scott works closely and supports the Vice President & Facility Liaison and Vice President of Facilities and Operations in the daily operations of MIG.

Scott is involved in every aspect of the commercial operations of MIG’s properties in Madison and Middleton which total over 1.2 million square feet.  He works directly with the entire MIG team in developing solutions, and sets standards for the team to be a proactive force in creating the desired commercial real estate atmosphere our clients expect.

Scott works hand-in-hand with all of MIG’s contractors to help build and maintain relationships already created and to grow new ones. Additionally, he assists with design, submittal and implementation of all new property construction and remodels. Scott also designs and implements the training, procedures and techniques that MIG’s maintenance team uses on a daily basis to achieve the highest of standards.

In his spare time, Scott and his wife enjoy “chasing their three children around” with their many activities.
