Tim has been managing MIG properties and overseeing leases for over a decade. He began his Facilities Management career at MIG in August of 1996, and has been an integral part of MIG’s growth. Tim and his team maintain the highest quality business environment with daily preventative maintenance and on-site services.

In 2005, Tim was promoted to Vice President of Operations and Facilities. His production and management expertise, along with degrees in business management and architectural technology, allow him to facilitate new construction and remodeling projects and oversee our team of maintenance and engineering technicians. He was significantly involved in developing the online Tenant Service Request Form System, which allows tenants to send requests immediately over the internet. Tim is also involved in designing and overseeing the proper maintenance of each building’s HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems as well as landscape aesthetics.

He has served on the Association of Production and Inventory Control Society’s Board of Directors and is a member of the South Madison Business Association. In his spare time, Tim enjoys golf, recreational activities and playing music. He is also a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
