Heather Li

Heather joined MIG in 2021 as our Senior Accountant, where she handles all things accounting and financial management for both MIG and our associated entities. Her role covers everything from trend analysis and budget preparation to lease management and benefits administration. She works closely with the VP of Finance on special projects and financial reports.

Heather has been instrumental in modernizing our processes. She’s helped MIG go paperless, introduced automated workflows, and ensured the company stays up-to-date with the latest technological tools. She also manages MIG’s company website.

Heather earned her accounting degree from Rasmussen College in Rockford, IL. Her diverse background in both commercial real estate and the non-profit sector made her an ideal addition to the MIG team, allowing her to bring valuable insights and experience to her role.

When she’s not crunching numbers, Heather enjoys traveling with her spouse, crafting, gardening, playing pickleball, cheering for the Packers, and proudly calls herself a cat lady!
