The MIG Legacy Foundation (The “Foundation”) was created and is funded by MIG Commercial Real Estate (“MIG”) and its Owner/CEO Bradley Hutter.

MIG is dedicated to three major tenets: (1) Investment with integrity in Dane County business, (2) Commercial real estate tenant relationships, and (3) Service to our community.

The Foundation accomplishes the MIG strategic goal of Community Service by supporting philanthropic and humanitarian causes in Greater Madison.

The Foundation funds initiatives directed at solving the root causes of ongoing social challenges, lifting up those less fortunate among us and providing hope for a better future.

The Foundation historically focuses its efforts on issues that assist and support at-risk children and their families, access to education for youth and early childhood learning, special needs groups, women’s health and personal safety, and affordable access to medical care.

MIG and the Foundation play a proud and key role in strengthening the social framework of our Greater Madison Community.
